The North African, Arabic nation of Sudan will be removed from the U.S. terrorism list, according to reports from Israeli TV. The move will pave the way for the normalization of ties with Israel. The move has been rumored for weeks and comes after the UAE, and subsequently Bahrain, agreed to peace in the ‘Abraham Accords’ at The White House.

Channel 12, citing sources in Sudan, reports that US President Donald Trump is expected to tweet today that he’s removing Sudan from the terror blacklist, a step that will pave the way for the normalization of ties between Khartoum and Jerusalem, reported The Times of Israel.

POTUS has focused on economic ties as a way to break the logjam for political peace.

Rumors are abound that Saudi Arabia and other Arab enemies of Israel will also make peace with The Jewish State, as their feud with Iran looms large in their geopolitical view. A hegemonic Tehran would be bad for all players in the Middle East.
