The war of words between Israel and Iran continued today as Prime Minister Netanyahu reacted to the assertion by the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Minister yesterday that Israel could not have conducted “hundreds of strikes” against Iranian installations in Syria, because “such installations do not exist”. “Our role in Syria is a purely advisory one”, added the spokesperson. Today, PM Netanyahu took to Twitter, where he posted a short video clip of himself “advising” the Iranians to leave Syria as quickly as possible, “because we will continue our policy of striking Iranian interests there non-stop and without fear”.
