Israel’s Minister of Finance Smotrich has declared there will be no further negotiations with Hamas on a partial deal.
Smotrich elaborated — The only acceptable outcome is its complete surrender: unconditional return of all hostages, disarmament, Gaza’s demilitarization, exile of Hamas leaders, and the option for those who wish to leave Gaza to do so.
Secretary of State Rubio added to the debate — Israel agreed to concessions, but Hamas rejected the framework of the agreement ON THE DAY MACRON ANNOUNCED RECOGNITION OF A Palestinian state. Hamas sees that it is winning the propaganda war after the statements regarding recognition of a Palestinian state and does not see a need to agree to anything.
