Another Notable Exit In Israeli Hi-Tech: McDonald’s Buys Dynamic Yield For US$300 Million

Israeli startup will help McDonald’s corporation personalize its commercial messaging across multiple platforms

Dynamic Yield is a privately held Israeli startup whose products improve the personalization of commercial messages across multiple platforms. The company was started in 2012 by Liad Agmon and Omri Mendelevich and it now employs 180 people, out of which 100 are employed in Israel. The terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed, but analysts’ estimates put it in the $300 million range.
